I enjoyed the hotel staff. They were really nice too take care of me! i found the honesty bar and library wonderful, i enjoyed perusing their collection. the pool was like a little oasis in the city!
i noticed some slow service in the restaurant, a bit of a letdown! it took a while to place my order and receive the food. i hope they can improve this in the future.

The front desk staff was amazing. they were always ready to help with a smile. the interior design was perfect. I loved the unique style. my room had a cool bathtub where I could relax while listening to music from the speakers.
the breakfast buffet had some items that were not heated as I like it.

i stayed for three nights. The staff seemed more interested in computer screens. There was a drain smell from the shower and loose fixtures in the bathroom. The manager came across as cold and inexperienced with issues.

the room was comfy it featured great decoration. the staff always stood ready to assist. the restaurant food tasted excellent after a jazz session we learned of before arrival. the rooftop looked lovely.
I noticed a very slight issue, the natural light was somewhat limited within the room. the decor compensated well.

the breakfast buffet includes bacon and beans. i think it's cold. you can order hot food, but they don't give you a menu. the food also takes about 15 mins.
