superb stay!
helpful staff cozy library beautiful pool
I enjoyed the hotel staff. They were pretty good too take care of me! i found the honesty bar and library wonderful, i enjoyed perusing their collection. the pool seemed like a little oasis in the city!
i noticed some slow service in the restaurant, a bit of a letdown! it took a while to place my order and receive the food. i hope they can improve this in the future.

the pool area included comfortable loungers and shaded spots, great. the honesty bar had a diverse selection of drinks and the library provided a quiet space to unwind. there was also a gym available, equipped with modern machines.

amazing staff unique style cool bathtub ready smile
The front desk staff was amazing. they were always ready to help with a smile. the interior design was perfect. I loved the unique style. my room had a cool bathtub where I could relax while listening to music from the speakers.
the breakfast buffet had some items that were not heated as I like it.

drain smell loose fixtures
the plants throughout created A calm feeling.
i stayed for three nights. The staff seemed more interested in computer screens. There was a drain smell from the shower and loose fixtures in the bathroom. The manager came across as cold and inexperienced with issues.

The staff, especially Marcia and Joana, were always happy to assist. The decor felt calming with sumptuous planting throughout the hotel. Breakfast options included a wide array of choices. Bacon and beans were available on the buffet.
I noticed the concierge did not offer any welcome or restaurant recommendations during check in.

comfy room helpful staff excellent food
the room was comfy it featured great decoration. the staff always stood ready to assist. the restaurant food tasted excellent after a jazz session we learned of before arrival. the rooftop looked lovely.
I noticed a very slight issue, the natural light was somewhat limited within the room. the decor compensated well.
